2. Vehicle Sales

2.1 Consumer Rights

All vehicle sales to consumers are subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to expect that any vehicle sold to you is:

• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose
• As described in any listing or advertisement

2.2 Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure vehicle descriptions and photographs are accurate. All vehicles are sold as seen unless otherwise stated. Mileage is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing. We recommend all buyers inspect vehicles in person prior to purchase.

2.3 Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. Any additional on-the-road fees will be clearly stated in the vehicle listing.

2.4 Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfil the sale. A deposit secures the vehicle for an agreed period. If collection is not made within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle and retain the deposit.

2.5 Part Exchange

Part exchange valuations are based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. The final value may differ from any initial estimate provided remotely. Part exchange vehicles must match the description provided to us.

3. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, used vehicles are sold without warranty. We may offer optional warranty packages on selected vehicles — details will be provided at the time of sale. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

4. MOT Testing

MOT tests are carried out in accordance with DVSA standards. The MOT test result is a record of the vehicle's condition at the time of testing and is not a guarantee of future condition. Advisory items are noted for your information but do not constitute a failure.

5. Servicing & Repairs

All servicing and repair work is carried out to manufacturer guidelines where applicable. We will provide an estimate before commencing any work. If additional work is required beyond the original estimate, we will contact you for authorisation before proceeding.

Parts replaced during servicing become our property unless otherwise agreed. We use quality replacement parts appropriate to the vehicle.

6. Selling Your Bike to Us

Quotes provided for vehicle purchase are valid for 7 days from the date issued, subject to the vehicle matching the description and condition stated. Final valuation is subject to physical inspection. We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw an offer if the vehicle does not match its description.

7. Finance

Finance is subject to status and is provided by third-party lenders (e.g. Black Horse Finance). OCR Motorcycles acts as a credit broker and not a lender. We may receive commission from the finance provider. Full finance terms and conditions will be provided by the lender before you enter into any agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any claim arising from a vehicle sale or service shall not exceed the price paid for the vehicle or service.

We take all complaints seriously. Please see our Complaints Procedure for full details on how to raise a complaint and the steps we will take to resolve it.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
