Owen Cherrell Racing started where all great motorcycle businesses should — on the track. Owen is a two-time winner of the historic Lincolnshire Yellow Belly — a handicapped race for local riders held at Cadwell Park since 1967. His name appears twice on the trophy alongside legends like Roger Marshall, Rob McElnea and Guy Martin. He also took a third victory as part of a team in the Pro-am Production class.

After years of competitive racing, Owen made the decision to hang up his leathers and channel that same passion and expertise into something new — building a motorcycle business that the people of Lincolnshire could trust.

Since 2006, Owen and his wife Julie have run OCR Motorcycles from Grimsby together — hand-picking quality used bikes, providing honest servicing, and offering MOT testing. OCR is also the only official Kymco dealer in the Lincolnshire area, offering new Kymco scooters and motorcycles alongside their quality used stock. What started as a small family venture has grown into one of Lincolnshire's most trusted motorcycle dealers, all built on the attention to detail you'd expect from someone who knows what it means to rely on a machine.
